Class prices are listed on class schedule. 

All classes require prior registration unless otherwise indicated on the class schedule.   

Cancelations received seven (7) or more days prior to training date will be refunded the class fee minus a $10 cancelation fee.  Cancelations made six (6) days or less prior to training date will forfeit the full class fee.  No cancelations accepted for webcast trainings.

Payment is accepted through credit card, check, or money order.

For Groups

$75 per hour, minimum 2 hours.  This fee includes…

* unlimited number of attendees  

* help with STARS reimbursement process for childcare providers

*  consultation and customized content development for trainings of 5 or more hours

*  convenient day and evening time slots available, 7 days a week

*  comprehensive written materials

*  no travel surcharge for locations within 45 miles of Federal Way, WA

A fifteen percent (15%) deposit is due fifteen (15) days prior to the training date.  If the training is booked less than fifteen (15) days prior to the training date, the deposit is due upon booking.  The balance is due in full on the training date. 

Date changes will be accepted if the change is requested and the new date is booked seven (7) or more days prior to the date of the original training.  The deposit of the original training will be transferred to the new training. 

Cancelations made seven (7) or more days prior to training date will be refunded their deposit, minus a $25 cancelation fee.  Trainings canceled six (6) days or less prior to training date will forfeit their full deposit.
